Do supported employees get paid?
Yes, supported employees get paid $23.23 per hour every hour no matter of their abilities.
What days is the program run?
We run supported employment Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am – 1pm. (Excluding public holidays)
How is this claimed through NDIS?
We provide you with a support worker and all you pay is a hourly support worker rate to have them there assisting you, no extra costs. This can be claimed under either CB budget (skill development), or from your core (daily life).
Can I provide my own support worker?
No, we have our own trained supported employment coaches to assist you while at work.
Do you offer transport to and from the program?
Yes, we can offer transport if required, however you will need to pay for time from pick up and the km’s.
What work will I be doing?
We do a rang of different tasks everyday from cleaning our respite house, house and yard maintenance, office work, detailing company cars, laundry and much more.
