Do these prices change?

All our pricing is aligned with the NDIS Price Guide, which is usually updated by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) on July 1st each year. When these official changes happen, we update our rates accordingly to remain fully compliant. Here's the important part—we will never surprise you with a price change. Our Service Agreement includes a dynamic clause that automatically references the current NDIS Price Guide, so your rates are always up-to-date. If you're an existing client, we'll also communicate any changes clearly and well in advance, giving you plenty of time to review your plan and supports.

In line with the NDIS Price Guide, these times do attract a different rate. You'll notice in our pricing table above that we have separate rates listed. These higher rates reflect the penalty rates we pay our amazing support workers for working at these times. If you're unsure which rate applies to your situation, just ask—we're happy to explain.

Yes, absolutely! In fact, that's exactly what the Core Support budget is designed for. Under the NDIS, your Core Supports budget (specifically the 'Assistance with Social and Community Participation' category) is intended to help you engage in social, recreational, and community activities.
