Founder / Director

My name is Christine Turner, and I’m the Founder and Director of Sunshine Home Support. I started this company with a simple but powerful goal: to help people with disabilities access their communities more freely and confidently. I’m passionate about making opportunities and activities more affordable and accessible, so everyone can enjoy experiences they may not have had the chance to before.

As part of my role, I provide training and guidance to our dedicated staff, while also supporting clients and their families with their NDIS plans and ongoing care needs. Before working in the disability sector, I gained valuable experience in aged care, community services, counselling, cooking, and wildlife care.

Outside of work, I love spending my time traveling, cooking, and enjoying life with my two Dalmatians, Dexter and Gabrielle.

Director

Hi, I’m Jess, the Director of Sunshine Home Support. My mission is to help our participants live fulfilling lives by making the most of their NDIS plans while continuing to grow our company with care and purpose. I hold a Certificate III in Disability, a Certificate in Mental Health, and a Certificate IV in Business Management. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors walking my dogs along bush trails and relaxing with a good PlayStation session.

General Manager

Hi, I’m Pania, and I became part of the Sunshine Home Support team in February 2022. I hold a Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical) and have a background in makeup artistry, which reflects my love for creativity and art. I also value staying active and living a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Working in the disability sector has been an incredibly fulfilling experience for me. It gives me the chance to make a positive difference in people’s lives while offering genuine care, support, and encouragement every step of the way.

Hi! I joined Sunshine Home Support’s admin team in March 2023 and now proudly serve as the Manager of our Supported Employment Team. In this role, I’m passionate about creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. With a strong background in hospitality and customer service, I bring excellent communication skills, a people-first approach, and a dedication to delivering exceptional experiences for both our team and clients. My goal is to foster an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and feel valued.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family or relaxing at home with a good movie.
