My name Christine Turner and I’m the founder and director of Sunshine home Support. I started this company to help people with a disability to be able to access the community more regularly. My goal is to be able to make it affordable for everyone to go out and do activities they may never of been able to do before. Part of my role is to provide training and support to all staff and to assist all clients and their family’s with all there ndis and support needs. Before I worked in disability I have had previous experience in aged care, community services, counselling, cooking and wildlife care. In my spare time I love to travel, cook and play my two Dalmatian’s Dexter and Gabrielle.

Jamaica worked as a journalist for News Corp before deciding to go back to university and study law. She is now halfway through her degree. Whilst studying Jamaica has worked as a tele fundraiser for charities including the RSPCA. Although new to being a disability support worker Jamaica has a passion for helping others achieve their goals. She knows first hand how important independence is when living with a disability. My name is Ashlan, I have just commenced work with Sunshine Home Support and grateful of the opportunity. I am in my second year of a Bachelor of nursing. Long story short I was once a gym manager and I had a group of people with disability come in to the gym once a week to train with me and there was never a dull moment they were the highlight of my week, right there and then I knew I wanted to be a support worker. I enjoy the outdoors, going for walks, gym and the beach but in saying that I will happily stay inside and watch movies
